My name is Jason Channell, and I became a student of conflict resolution strategies early in my work life, learning a lot of things the hard way. I held several jobs during my high school and college years. Eventually I worked for the family business, a prototype development and electroplating company. Several years later, I took over as President and CEO. At all stages of my work life, from the guy who swept the floors to the guy who signed the checks, I saw the dire need for a system of workplace conflict resolution skills.
